Advance NDT Inspection
Advanced ultrasonic NDT transforms simple “echo detection” into detailed imaging and precision diagnostics. it uses mechanized scanners, sensors, and software to perform ultrasonic inspections with minimal manual intervention. This Techniques have made it possible to visualize defects almost like a medical ultrasound—making inspections faster, safer, and more reliable.
The key components in the system are Data Acquisition Unit, Probes, Data Analysis Software and position encoding system.

Using advanced fracture mechanics and material analysis, ECA provides a more accurate and less conservative alternative to traditional acceptance criteria.
Our ECA service assesses the significance of imperfections such as cracks, lack of fusion, or corrosion by considering factors including material properties, stress conditions, loading scenarios, and operating environment. This allows for informed decisions on repair, replacement, or continued service.
